Alcohol goggles offer student drivers a unique chance to peer behind the eyes of someone intoxicated, without needing to actually get drunk. Through distorted vision, the wearer can see how one’s perception is thrown off after drinking, which can effect depth perception, reaction time and overall vision quality.
But alcohol isn’t the only thing that can alter a driver’s vision or perception of the road. Drugs and exhaustion can also have the same impaired effect on a driver, which can lead to poor judgment behind the wheel, leading to accidents.
The goggles come in four different strengths, rated in BAC levels; which include 0.04 – 0.06, 0.06 – 0.08, 0.08 – 0.15, 0.15 – 0.25, and totally wasted 0.26 – 0.35 . This variety offers a wide range of distorted vision and impairment.
Additional goggle options include: LSD Googles, Cannabis Goggle, Red-Eye Goggle, Sleep Deprivation Goggle, The Snooze Goggle, Drug Impairment Goggles
Each goggle includes a cloth carrying bag and an Instructor's Guide.
